E3D is a company dedicated to the commercialization of Electromechanical Materials and Equipment. Since 2014 it has offered more balanced products in terms of quality and price.

Primer Contacto
In 2022 they contact us requesting advice to implement an ERP system. Previously they worked with an accounting system that worked very well, but did not offer anything for the control and planning of Purchases and Sales. They were interested in implementing advanced Rate management, as well as "to the penny" monitoring of Supplier Prices to generate the desired margins.
During the following weeks we made several calls and a couple of video conferences and we told you the implementation solution... below.
Analysis and Proposal
A consultancy of 4 work sessions was carried out where the processes were reviewed and the process areas necessary for the initial implementation were identified. The E3D team was very collaborative from the beginning and was the most important of the 3 pillars, necessary in the implementation of Management software. In my opinion, the contribution of its workers and the support of the company's management constituted 80% of the success of the project.
The proposal made included the implementation of the CRM, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Tax Accounting, Human Resources and Expenses processes for the start of the project. In next stages they would continue with Production (MRP) and Financial and Cost Accounting.
Deployment
At the end of May 2022, the system was uploaded to the cloud servers. The necessary modules that were identified during the consulting were installed. The master data was imported (Contact Portfolio, Product Catalog, among others) and since June 2022 we have accompanied E3D on this exciting journey.
As a technology partner we have grown thanks to the customization challenges we have faced in this project (Consignment to Customers process, "blind" inventory, delivery control from CRM... just to mention a few)
Today (with all of the above in operation) we are immersed in the development of the Website, the Online Store and we continue adding elements to the Balanced Scorecard prepared according to the needs of the company.
Current events and future vision
E3D is immersed in a continuous improvement process which we support and provide from a computer point of view. Odoo as a technological platform has not been limiting the growth of the company thanks to being a scalable and modular solution.
Today the relations between the parties are excellent and we continue adding functionalities as they are necessary.
